A) Thinking about choosing clothing for everyone makes me want to scratch the idea all together
B) I have no idea where would be a good location for photos
C) I wouldn't know what sizes to print or what to do with all the images
If one or all of these reasons are why you haven't done family photos in awhile, you have come to the right place! I will help you every step of the way.
I love chatting on the phone to learn about what you are looking for within your photo session. We can then plan a prep meeting to decide what to wear, locations you might consider, and how I can assist you with using your images to display your family's story within your home. Happy to be as hands on as you would like and bring over Starbucks to help fuel our ideas.
My typical family sessions are 60-90 minutes and I strive to make it relaxed and enjoyable! I am happy to get the photos of everyone looking but may also have you tell a silly joke or tickle your kiddos to capture those candid moments that bring life to your images.
I am happy to do whatever it takes to make your kiddos smile, whether it's a silly dance, singing or balancing their favorite toy on my head, there isn't much I won't do.
I mix things up as much as possible and often bring along a blanket or two and some antique props for your kids to pull up or sit on. I also enjoy capturing them with anything they enjoy at this particular stage, such as their favorite book, toy, or lovey. Their expressions with these treasures are priceless!
Let's meet for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in my studio (or your home) to view your images together. Instead of receiving the link to your online gallery and being overwhelmed, we put a date on the calendar upon booking and I can then help guide you in choosing your favorite images to create albums and wall art.
Seeing your reaction to viewing the story we made together for the first time is one of the many reasons why I do what I do! I want to create walls that make you smile each time you walk past and albums that encourage storytelling with your little ones at bedtime.
here comes the fun part!
